The service

ToteFlow provides software for moving box rental businesses, including website tools, booking, inventory, CRM, and related features. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts and trials

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• Trials are offered for a limited period and may require a payment method depending on the current signup flow.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users’ compliance with these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select until canceled. Fees are charged through our payment processor. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Acceptable use

Customer content and tenant sites

You retain ownership of content you upload to your tenant account. You grant ToteFlow a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. Websites and customer data belonging to your end customers remain your responsibility under applicable law.

Intellectual property

ToteFlow and its logos, software, and documentation remain our property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToteFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to the options in your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
